I had to ask for a manager who agreed to call a store and have them ship me the correct color once I shipped the return using a label he would send me. I was initially told the only options would be to return the shoes for a refund to his grandmother once they received the return and in 5-7 business days she could order again (The lady who ordered the wrong color in the first place) or I could drive an hour away to the nearest store and exchange them.
